exhausted

I'm simply exhausted beyond words today—besides my own harsh ones—so I think I'll just keep them to myself for now.

  1. Me too! The Zonegran makes Bethany never sleep. She watched Barney's Christmas over and over until 5:30 am.! I'm going to be sick of Christmas long before it ever gets here! I hope you were able to get a break somehow today!

  2. So sorry. I feel you. Have you ever read Ian Brown's "The Boy in the Moon"? I recommend it highly if you haven't. From your earlier posts it sounds like you're on a rollercoaster. I feel you on that, too, and hope it stops and gives you a breather.

    2. Yes, I'm about to read it again, as it gives me comfort that people are dealing with tough - really tough - situations. His honesty gave me the courage to write, and I found your site in trying to deal with my own honesty. I hope to take my creative juices and write about my step-daughter and my husband and my story to help those I know better understand epilepsy. Hailey has LGS, and the rollercoaster of that just keeps going ride after endless ride. Thank you again for your honesty.

    1. no such thing as an extra hour of sleep with a child who knows nothing of daylight savings time. when he's up, he's up, and so are we, and the meds must be given.
